In consideration of my acceptance of an entry into the Dustin Rudman Invitational or related event, I do hereby, for myself, my guardians, and administrators waive, release and forever discharge any and all rights and claims for damages which I may have or accrue against the Dustin Rudman Invitational Event and its Organizational Administration, Officials, Coaches, and Support Crew in all accordance to those referenced as the Organizational committee, and all other listed as competitors for all and any damages which may be sustained by me in connection with my association with the entry in the above mentioned event, or which may arise out of traveling to, participating in, and returning from the above listed event.

I do hereby, for myself, my guardians, and administrators also waive, release and forever discharge any and all rights and claims for damages which I may have or accrue against the Holey Trails, any and all private landowners, or any such person or employee of such person in any way associated with the trails; and also agree to indemnify them from all liability.

I understand that this event can be classified as a contact sport, which involve risk of injuries, I understand that I am fully taking part at my own risk. I also consent to medical treatment for any injuries the Medical Personnel may be required to perform. I authorize treatment by such personnel in the event of illness or injury.
